When our colleagues from all over the world come together, a workshop doesn't just begin in the meeting room – it starts on the way there. Different journeys, initial conversations at the airport or on the train, and shared anticipation quickly made it clear that these two days would be more than just a classic date in the calendar.
Arrival, welcome and a look back
After arriving in Linz, we started with a joint welcome and the official kick-off of our workshop. The initial focus was on the question: Where does Everware Consulting stand today?
Together, we looked back on our development, important milestones and the steps that have brought us to where we are today. This review helped to create a common understanding – especially for colleagues who have only recently joined the team.

Exchange and getting to know each other personally
A joint breakfast then provided an opportunity for something that is often neglected in everyday working life: personal exchange. Away from roles, projects and responsibilities, we got to know each other better, shared experiences from different locations and thus strengthened the feeling of being part of a common whole.
Joint photo shoot: the faces behind Everware
Another important item on the agenda was a joint photo shoot. Each employee was photographed individually – authentically, professionally and deliberately personally. The aim was to make the people behind our projects visible and to create a uniform, up-to-date image of our team. The shoot was also a great opportunity to consciously perceive ourselves as part of the whole and to visually capture the diversity of our international team.
Looking ahead
The rest of the first day was devoted to the future of Everware Consulting. We were given a detailed overview of current and planned activities in marketing and sales, discussed market requirements and customer needs, and took an in-depth look at our existing and future ISV solutions. The open dialogue between the teams was particularly valuable: questions were discussed, perspectives shared and connections made visible that are not always apparent in day-to-day business.
Inspiration outside the office
The visit to the Ars Electronica Centre opened up new perspectives on technology, innovation and the interplay between humans and digital development. A guided tour of the exhibitions brought topics to life that are also relevant to our work – often from completely new angles.

A subsequent walk through Linz provided an opportunity to let the impressions sink in, continue conversations and develop ideas further.
Joint conclusion
The event concluded with a joint dinner, during which we reviewed the two days. In a relaxed atmosphere, we laughed, discussed and reflected – a harmonious end to intensive, inspiring and connecting workshop days.
The two days in Linz showed how valuable it is to come together, listen and broaden our horizons. Workshops like this not only create clarity about content and goals, but above all strengthen cooperation – across national borders and functions. With many new ideas, shared insights and a strengthened team spirit, we are now taking the next steps.
