Archive documents at the click of a mouse
With the new drag & drop solution, you can drag and drop any files directly into a Dynamics 365 F&SCM form. The files are automatically saved in an Azure Storage Blob - similar to document archiving. Ideal for all Dynamics 365 F&SCM users who want to archive their documents quickly and individually.
How it works!
With our drag-and-drop solution, you can move documents directly into Dynamics 365 F&SCM. The file is automatically saved to the cloud – no manual upload needed.

Configure the desired drag-and-drop behavior, including the target folder ("DragDropTestFolder").

Set the desired naming convention; in our example, all file names start with the prefix “EWC_”. Optionally, add date and time as a suffix (we enable this).

Apply the configuration in the drag-and-drop option. Drag a local file, e.g., “testfile.txt,” into the system.

Once successfully uploaded, a notification confirms the file with its saved name.
All you need is a device with Dynamics 365 and the file you want to archive.
