Drag & Drop
Archive documents easily with a click of the mouse - decide for yourself which files (e.g., emails, PDFs, external documents) should be uploaded. With the new drag & drop solution, you can drag any files directly into a Dynamics 365 F&SCM form. The files are automatically stored in an Azure Storage Blob – similar to document archiving. Ideal for all users of Dynamics 365 FSCM who want to archive their documents quickly and individually.
Metadata Export
Individual XML output for maximum flexibility! Our solution goes beyond traditional archiving: In addition to a PDF, an XML containing all relevant information about the printed report is directly transferred to Azure Storage.
The special feature: The contents of the XML are fully customizable. Companies can freely select the fields from the tables linked to the report and assign them the desired XML tags. This creates a tailored XML that is precisely aligned with their own business processes.
