Point of Sale for connected sales processes

Connect sales channels, locations, and systems in one place.

Bring sales data together instead of piecing it together

Today, sales take place across multiple channels, locations, and systems. Customers shop in-store, order online, collect goods from another location, or access previous orders and invoices later. For these sales processes to work reliably, prices, stock levels, customer data, payments, and receipts need to be connected. When this information is spread across different applications, manual workarounds, follow-up questions, and errors can quickly arise.

Everware Point of Sale brings all relevant sales data together in a single user interface. Employees can immediately see all the information associated with a sale or order, without having to switch between the POS system, inventory management system, or other applications.

The everware POS solution can be integrated with existing POS systems, as well as ERP, inventory management, online shop, and other third-party systems via APIs and interfaces. This also includes solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This allows businesses to continue using their existing systems while bringing sales information together across different systems and channels.

Point of Sale for connected sales processes:

Connect sales channels and locations

Online orders, in-store collection, and sales work together. Transactions can be processed across channels and locations.

Reduce manual effort

Fewer system changes, duplicate entries, and less searching reduce the workload for staff and save time on recurring sales transactions.

Continue using existing IT systems

POS, ERP, inventory management, and online shop systems can be connected. Businesses can continue using their existing systems instead of building additional standalone solutions.

Track transactions more easily

Orders, payments, receipts, and customer data remain connected. This makes monitoring, customer service, and operational management easier.

Which businesses is everware Point of Sale suitable for?

Point of Sale solutions are particularly well suited to retailers and other organisations that sell across multiple sales channels, locations, or systems. This includes businesses that combine in-store sales with online orders and Click & Collect, or want to continue using their existing POS, ERP, and inventory management systems. The everware POS solution is particularly relevant if:

In-store and digital sales channels need to be connected

Click & Collect or similar collection processes need to be supported

Orders and outstanding payments need to be handled across multiple locations

Customer and order data needs to be available directly within the sales process

Existing POS, ERP, inventory management, or online shop systems need to continue to be used

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is already part of the existing IT environment

Typical use cases for everware Point of Sale include:

Retailers with in-store and digital sales channels

Branch and franchise businesses with multiple locations

Wholesalers and B2B businesses with direct sales or collection

Service organisations with direct customer contact and payment

Hospitality businesses with direct sales transactions

Businesses using different or custom-built business systems

Can I import existing customer data?

Yes. Existing customer data can be integrated into everware Point of Sale via interfaces and synchronised with connected systems. Which data can be transferred, and how it is synchronised, depends on the systems and interfaces already in place.

Key Point of Sale features at a glance

The everware POS solution connects the key stages of the sales process, from product search and stock checks through to checkout, payment, Click & Collect, and subsequent customer enquiries.
Product search and stock checks directly on the shop floor

Products can be scanned or searched for by keyword, even if the exact product ID is not known. At the same time, staff can check available stock and add the required product directly to the basket. This makes it easy to see whether an item is available and which location can fulfil the sale or collection. Product search and stock checks remain part of the same sales process throughout.

Checkout, payment, and receipt in a single transaction

The shopping basket brings together products, quantities, prices, discounts, vouchers, and any additional items. Staff then select the payment method, complete the checkout, and issue the receipt. Cash, card payments, and mobile wallets can all be integrated into the payment process. This keeps the shopping basket, payment, and receipt linked to the same sales transaction, making it easier to trace later on.

Manage Click & Collect across multiple locations

With Click & Collect, customers place their orders online and collect their goods from their preferred location. When the customer arrives, staff can retrieve the existing order and continue the transaction from there, without having to create it again. Order details, in-store collection, and any outstanding payments remain linked throughout. This makes it easier to manage online orders across different sales channels and locations.

Use customer data and order history to support sales and service

Existing customers can be retrieved directly during the sales process and linked to the relevant transaction. Order history and invoice details provide a clear record of the purchases, payments, and receipts associated with each customer. This allows staff to review previous orders more quickly and handle after-sales enquiries using the information already available. Sales and customer service teams work from the same connected customer and order data.

Connect POS systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Dynamics 365

Everware Point of Sale can be connected to existing POS systems, as well as ERP, inventory management, online shop, and other third-party systems. This allows product, stock, customer, order, and payment data from existing systems to be incorporated into the sales process. Businesses can continue using the systems they already have in place while integrating everware Point of Sale into their existing IT environment.
