Document Archiving automatically generates PDFs from reports and stores them in Microsoft Azure Blob Storage.
The archiving process runs in the background, eliminating manual steps. All documents remain centrally available. At the same time, the solution creates an expandable foundation for audit-proof archiving processes as well as further cloud, integration, and automation scenarios.

Filing documents is a routine part of many business processes, but the individual steps soon add up. Files need to be saved locally, located again, assigned to the correct record, and uploaded to the system.

Drag & Drop removes these intermediate steps. E-mail correspondence, PDFs, and other external documents can be dragged directly into the relevant form in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, where they are automatically archived in Microsoft Azure Storage.

In addition to the audit-proof PDF, a structured XML file containing the relevant report information is automatically generated and stored in Microsoft Azure Storage.
